About Side Events
Side Events are focused, in-depth platforms that complement the main scientific programme of the 6th International Nutrition and Dietetics Scientific Conference.
They offer an opportunity to host focused discussions, showcase innovations, products, tools, or best practices, facilitate high-level policy dialogues, and build strategic partnerships and networks.
Side Events must not conflict with the main programme times and must be hosted by a registered organisation.

The JND welcomes proposals from a wide range of organisations and individuals engaged in nutrition, dietetics, food systems, and related fields.

Review & notification
The Programme Committee reviews all proposals for alignment with the conference theme. Slots are assigned on review of submitted proposals. If selected, your event will be promoted across all official conference platforms.

Submit your proposal first. Once received, you will be directed to a summary page where you can upload proof of payment. Slots are limited and assigned on review — early submission is recommended.

- ›Can have any focus, including project consultations, showcasing new activities, and advocacy
- ›Examples: Launch of a national nutrition guideline, panel discussion on food systems policy, showcase of fortification partnerships, NGO or institutional nutrition program presentation
